Elevate your game with 75 minutes of focused, high-energy group training designed for middle school and high school student-athletes. Each session is limited to a maximum of 6 athletes of similar skill levels, creating an intimate training environment that allows for personalized coaching, increased reps, and meaningful development.
Sessions are designed to improve basketball fundamentals, including ball handling, shooting, footwork, decision-making, and overall game confidence, while still benefiting from the energy and competition of a small group setting.
Training takes place at SPARC GYM.
